The team work is great. The supervisors want everyone to succeed. Sometimes it’s busy and then it gets really busy.

Every day is different but the job is the same. We have more wins than loses. You are independent out there to do your job. Help is there if you ask. I really enjoy working here so far.

Bonuses at the end of the year. And we get a work truck for the ones doing the job I do.

Invitation homes Las Vegas is ran by the buddy system . Believe it or not even the vice president is involved in the mix. This place acts like they’re nice but the second you don’t go out with their click they will find anything to get rid of you .

An old adage is that it is not what you know but who you know. That is the case with this company. They are too worried about inclusion. Whoever has worked there the longest gets the promotion, no matter if they know what they are doing or not. There is an insane amount of workload at all levels. It is a dog-eat-dog world, and it is every man or woman for themselves.
