Learned a lot but didn't love the culture
|
This was a great first PR internship. You really get immersed in the client work and acquire many new and necessary skills as a young PR pro.
Office politics and company culture were not great when I was here, but I think things have improved since. Culture is always hard at a large company. There were some perks like office breakfasts and snacks.

A little corporate but good people

I was brought in to work on a number of government projects which, for that kind of work, are usually devoid of a real creative process. But, the teams are working hard to put more conceptual/creative work in front of their clients.

Messy environment in the Paris office. No reward whatsoever they work to use you and then not give you a rise even though you work extra hours. Nothing to look for there . Very poor management

The company culture was great. The employees are very supportive of one another and it is a positive atmosphere. Unfortunately, the salaries are not very competitive.

Cool work but terrible pay
|
Started as an intern and have received two promotions, but pay is still incredibly subpar not just compared to other agencies but compared to the cost of living in major cities. Like, think 45k in New York - it doesn't go far. Also a disconnect between number of senior leaders and junior doers - needs less of the former and more of the latter to be a healthy place to work. However, great resume builder at the start of your career for sure
