Absolutely loved working here, the pay could have been better...but did receive commissions. We got more than enough paid time off. All the online and in person training. Holiday parties. A lot of opportunity to grow. Great company to work for.

Employee friendly during pandemic...slowly going the opposite direction

My experience here started out very good and I felt supported and encouraged but was eventually turned off by higher ups helicoptering around the department who didn't really have a hand in the day to day but would pop up here and there to make commentary and decisions from afar. There is a fair amount of team activities and forced interactions that some people enjoy but can be tedious if that is not your comfort zone. Overall I would say it's a good company that tries to present itself as employee friendly but has its share of office politics, I suppose like any other place.

Was a great place to work, but left because there was no room for growth. Felt like only certain people were promoted/acknowledged. Decent benefits and WFH policy during the pandemic.

There are no good “parts” of being there. Zero-none.

A character called afi.

Daily intimidation and threats throughout the day. Seniority of the rotten players effect everything around them. If you like to be intimidated this is the place for you.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Constant bullying and ridicule of the higher ups who for some reason think they own it. Their day will come.

Easy going management and very employee friendly. However, pay is poor. There does seem to be a strong promote from within culture so if you are in it for the long haul you won’t be disappointed.
