Helps to upskill oneself and also the management has a humanitarian approach with me employees

I haven't come across any stressful experience whilst I worked with the company.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment is good and friendly. There is mixture of fun and work. It impart constant training and knowledge of new technologies to it employees.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day is about going thru the daily routine, submitting reports. Checking and replying to emails.

WFH 3 days per week; Great benefits; fair pay

Toxic managers and HR does Nothing to investigate problems when they are brought up- even though they say they will get back to you, they don’t.

Antisocial, not good morale; unsupportive
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Boring, the best part of the day is dealing with the client. The JLL managers are terrible. Perfection is expected

5:30 am, morning meeting, 6am thru 5:45pm, being productive and sucessfull in all daily activities.

Noisy, management says its within limits. Not true. Wasn't told about noise or heavy lifting during hiring. It's dirty, noisy. Warehouse is the dirtiest I have ever worked in.
