Good place to learn under pressure, mistakes and a lot of processes
Jumia is a good opportunity for marketing yourself.

Due to latest changes in the top management in last two years, unfortunately there are a lot of cons:
- They move a lot of people from permanent to outsource.
- a lot of people laid off suddenly due unrealistic reasons (just to make fresh blood)
- a lot of functions are closing, without clear strategy or vision.
- try to avoid central operations team,
- Your relation with the VP should be more important than the quality of the work
- The quality of the current team is lower than before
- They kept promising without implementations in terms of the increase/promotion
All of these cons related to Jumia service specifically.
