Not a great place to work/

The work is good. But not a great place to work as most employees dont get good work. There is a lot of areas one can be concerned about if we look at long term stay. I really didnt like how the management treats employees.

Lot of politics not pleasant

Sr Management is horrible, lot of politics. You need to keep praising your bosses not just your manager but up to Sr director. The only protect their jobs not team members.

Some Good, Some Not Great

The company truly does care about employees. They offer good benefits/salaries; there are a lot of professional development opportunities and people, in general, are very nice. I think your experience really depends on the team you're on and how its managed at a director level. My own experience was not great.

Work pressure will be there. But you will learn lot of things. Decent salary and hike. But getting into too many projects and products causes lot of parallel work along with multiple deliverables

Good company but high workload
