- Prestaciones Superiores a la Ley: SGMM, seguro dental, acceso a algunos recursos y apps de salud mental, vales de despensa, Fondo de Ahorro del 13%, contratación 100% nominal, PTU, 30 días de aguinaldo, modelo híbrido si hay oficinas de Korn Ferry en tu ciudad (se va muy pocas veces a la oficina pero al menos 1 vez al mes), y modelo 100% Home Office si no hay oficinas de Korn Ferry en tu ciudad (pagan 300 pesos de apoyo).
- Dependiendo de la línea de negocio en la que estés (RPO, Executive Search, etc.), tienes oportunidad de aprender muchísimo acerca de Adquisición de Talento y de las diferentes industrias de tus clientes.
|
- Sobrecarga excesiva de trabajo, puedes llegar a trabajar hasta 12 horas seguidas al día e incluso en fines de semana para poder sacar el trabajo y cumplir con tus KPIs.
- Sueldo por debajo del mercado y no acorde a las responsabilidades y a la sobrecarga de trabajo que se vive día a día.
- Pésimo liderazgo, mucho micromanagement, expectativas poco claras, funciones no definidas, comunicación poco asertiva, faltas de respeto en privado y en público, favoritismos, acoso laboral, su tipo de liderazgo está basado en intimidar, amenzar y causar miedo a sus empleados.
-Pésimo clima y cultura organizacional, se vive la cultura del estrés y del burnout, no son congruentes con sus valores, y en Korn Ferry no se vive lo que le venden a sus clientes como consultoría de TA y RH.
-Plan de carrera y crecimiento bajo o nulo.
-El bono por desempeño se da únicamente 1 vez al año (no te lo mencionan al momento de ofertarte o firmar contrato), depende de tu Manager si decide dártelo o no incluso aunque el resultado de tu evaluación desempeño haya sido bueno. Este bono es muy pequeño y puede equivaler aproximadamente a 1 mes de sueldo.
-No se respetan los horarios de trabajo, dan por hecho que como la mayoría del tiempo los empleados están en Home Office deben de atender cualquier situación de trabajo en cualquier hora del día.
-Tienen una rotación muy alta en su personal, lo que afecta al desempeño de los demás empleados, por lo que se vive mucha inestabilidad, estrés y ansiedad.
