Ottima azienda ma molti punti da migliorare

Per imparare è un'ottima scuola, hai dei corsi virtuali molto utili e molti manager ti aiutano a migliorare. Ovviamente essendo comunque un consulente il lavoro dipende molto dal cliente che ti ritrovi.
L'aziende offre un ottimo equilibrio con il lavoro agile 5/5gg però se devi fare degli straordinari perché hai troppo da fare non ricevi nessun compenso.
Lo stipendio è buono rispetto alla media del mercato ma oltre ai buoni pasto da 10€ non ci sono molti benefit.
I criteri di aumenti/promozioni non sono assolutamente chiari dato che non è nemmeno il tuo manager a decidere se puoi passare allo step successivo ma una commissione global.
A livello locale con alcuni colleghi ti puoi sentire parte di un team altrimenti come in tutte le multinazionali ti senti solo un numero poco considerato.

Nice place to work
|
My time at KF has been good. The flexibility they offer is really nice, giving me the freedom to work fully remote and adjust my schedule as needed. Plus, the ongoing training they provide has been helpful.

Communication about company goals and changes was vague, leaving employees in the dark and fostering uncertainty. Performance evaluations and career progression were also shrouded in mystery, leading to feelings of undervaluation.
The absence of effective leadership exacerbated these issues. Decisions were made without input, creating a disengaged and distrustful atmosphere. During crises, support was lacking, and blame-shifting prevailed instead of collaborative problem-solving.

Good but

People were very nice and easy to talk to. It was an easy transition from fresh grad to corporate world. However, the tasks are repetitive and not challenging enough for me to grow and have a deeper understanding of the recruitment process.
