No summer Fridays. Burnout employees, additional responsibilities without staff increase. Pay not industry standards. Do not attempt to retain employees, they prefer to see them leave than make changes. Expect working on weekends without additional compensation or time off. Threaten return to office when they feel employees not producing at the rate they want.
