Prospective employees: be very wary of taking a job here till the current senior management is still the same.
Search "Knowles caligan partners falcon partners letter to board" and read a pretty accurate description of how poorly the company is run. While the specifics in the letter have become stale, the underlying challenges with the management remain.
Hopefully, you'll see through the HR BS of "mostly disgruntled employees leave reviews". I wish, I had paid more attention to these red flags before coming here. Reach out to ex-employees on LinkedIn to get a true picture of life at Knowles before making a terrible mistake. The people running this company are not only incompetent, they are also horrible human beings. They don't think twice about compromising employee welfare or shareholder value, if it means they'll hit their bonus targets.
