I had a an administrator threaten to fire me because I raised a viable concern regarding lateral violence taking place between departments. There is a particular tech there that seems to have authority over the schedule and can do as she pleases. She also lies constantly and takes credit for others hard work. I bet she’s still there (lol!) try reporting her to anyone and then they begin threatening you…. The turnover rate is probably faster than drive thru times at McDonalds. Toxic clique culture and ridiculous inhumane audits.

I’m sure this will fall upon deaf ears…but you cannot allow a tech to believe she runs the floor….i would have stayed had I not had to deal with her bullying and controlling tactics to keep all the hours. It appears someone in administration is afraid to reprimand her and I know several former employees who left because of HER and the bullying that occurs there. That needs to be addressed and fixed and I feel nobody cares enough to do so.

This company prevented me from getting my money for 472 days from my 401 account due to a mistake on kindred end .

It took me 472 days of fighting from my last day of employment to be able to roll over my 401 money because of a mistake kindred made in not removing me from the SAP system they showed I was a active employee which I was not so there was a mistake made which cost me thousands of dollars and 472 days of fighting to get access to my money . I would not recommend anyone to work here they put me thru hell trying to get my retirement . When I first tried to get my money i had lost my child and needed funeral cost I had to make burial decisions in a broken body from losing my child and I didn’t have the money to do a burial in the way I wanted because I needed a lot of money which I had no access to my 401 so I had to cremate him .

I followed the Manager to Kindred Hospital. She is the best & smartest manager I have ever had. The nurses all are great. The doctors are great. The CNAs are the best.
|
I don’t like the upper leadership. They seem like troublemakers. They openly make negative comments about our physical therapist and nurse manager’s disabilities. If they spent that time offering help to support them I might trust them. They can’t see the forest for the trees in the way. If the executive teams bosses could see the things the ceo & cno visiting person does they would fire them.

We love our unit manager and our nursing supervisors. The executive leadership is clueless. They should be fired. They have no skin in the game and seem only present to take away what we like about our job. They lie to benefit themselves. They openly make fun of people with disabilities . I’ve thought about quitting twice this week over seeing how they are. They are trying to make our great work environment- toxic like them.

You deal with a lot of teach and most nurses act like they can’t suction patients. When you are in ICU the nurses ask you to help turn patients every 2 hours instead of using other nurses. You are basically the help ask CNA.
