Primary Purpose and Essential Functions: Provide guidance to team members and ensure they are adequately trained on key functionality to improve billing accuracy and efficiency. Assures that direct supervisor and the project sponsor, if appropriate are made aware of all risks, problems or potential problem situations in a timely manner.Provides guidance to peers and/or IT employees to ensure projects are completed within time and budget expectations.Assist management in analyzing and collecting on specific accounts where DSO and/or 16+DPD have escalated as well as identify increases in unbilled dollars and assist in lowering to acceptable levels.Prepare presentations for both internal and external customers.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.Provide training to other AR associates and/or leaders as needed.Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.Skills: Must possess strong interpersonal skills. What success looks like: Accurately bill each customer on time and to their specific requirements. Stay under 5 days unbilled with a total of 15 Million in unbilled revenue for the first quarter. Responsibilities• Get through all N/A’s by Thursday each week • Ensure that customers are being billed according to their specific requirements • Invoice loads to customers as soon as possible after a load is emptied • Verify that the rates pulling and any extra charges are valid • Verify that we have correct bill to code for those customers that have multiple • Check Freight Bill Audit daily • Actively stay in constant communication with operations and credit • Know your customers • Make sure each load is touched minimum of once a week. • Continually communicate with internal partners to resolve confirmation, missing documents, and missing rate issues • Proactively communicate with Credit Managers in order to better understand customers and provide accurate billing • Keep any loads over 30 days • Always bill loads holding for confirmations, BOLs, and unloading at 30 days even when we do not have the paperwork • Double check with the Brokerage Biller to see if there are any loads preventing Logistics from being able to bill (transferred loads) QualificationsTMW and AS400 preferred, but not requiredProficient with Microsoft Office Software (i.e. Word, Excel)Comfortable with operating in a fast-paced, changing work environmentKMB123
