The bad experiences, because bad experience is good experience. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Managers overworking us, giving me the responsibility of three different positions across the store blaming it on bad times for the company, never appreciating anything and always asking for more, skipping my breaks and lunch and not being able to finish all my tasks. They’ll cut my hours and wanted us to do even more than we did with more hours. They getting mad at me for quitting after killing my self for them throughout all the pandemic. It was awful but prepared me for the worst What is the work environment and culture like at the company? On my experience is a non truly inclusive place, and very toxic environment What is a typical day like for you at the company? Nothing about this company is desirable What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Getting the managers to get everyone to do their job so that myself and others can do theirs as they’re not doing their job properly trickles down and then us having to take a lot longer to do hours in cause customers not to get their packages on time or at all. The poorest management team I’ve ever seen and working retail for 40 years in the district managers aren’t any better What is the work environment and culture like at the company? They would schedule people to work closing shifts that would last until 11-11:30, then schedule you for 6am opening shifts the next day. Schedules were never consistent but always bad.
