Working from home and literally nothing else. Even employee discounts suck
|
They have a rule of only taking 3 bathroom breaks a day.
They write you up for the craziest things
People are constantly quitting
You take 200 calls a day and are expected to solve in house guest issues and the hotel won’t answer the phone and the guest is cussing you out.
Unpredictable schedule. Be ready to work for 6 days straight with one day off then another 5 days and one day off.
Management is literally tyrannical.
Please take my word for it and do not work here under any circumstances if you want to maintain your mental health and well being.

they want to higher me right away and seem like a company to help you grow

they make you pay for parking, so it’s $20 a day so for a week it’s $100 and that’s like a big chunk of your pay gone for that, and they don’t cover it even for the interview day.
they let me know i got the job right away which is bad bc that a sign they need people and are going to work to really hard.
and lastly, at my last job i did the drug test right after the interview and my background check didnt go threw and i didn’t get it right until like a mouth later, here they told me i needed to do it but i wasnt able to call and i was think i can do it when i go in, and they gave my job to someone else, im sorry if your need that stuff right away but u told me to go in and i was ready to train but they sent me home. like really it was that big of an issue half the guys at the pool probably do drug, im not saying oh that’s bad but you really need to turn me down bc i didn’t do it right away. just don’t work here not a good place and are going to be overwork as i see.
also i’ve been working at a hotel for over 3 years and they didn’t even consider me for director or supervisor, but so eager for attended.

it’s not that cerious that i didn’t do the paper work right away you told me to go in and i was ready to start working, and get a parking lot for your employees that messed up making them pay that, imagine sending someone home bc it’s slow they still have to pay $20 and if it’s spring break $100 a day
