Consistent work, not too challenging in most positions once you get into the rhythm of it.
Plenty of overtime if you want that.
A large amount of vacation days available, both scheduled by the company and you.

Pays less than most factory jobs, and there are pay disparities around the board. I've met people running whole lines that are only getting paid slightly more than me, despite the fact they're supposed to get quite a bit more (At least a few more dollars, not cents).
They force overtime quite often, sometimes for several months at a time.
A distinct amount of labor shortage (at the current moment), with the company having more people walk out than walk in.
First year is rough, especially the first month. Your body will have to get used to the work, and you don't get schedule-able vacation days until about 6 months in.

Focus on getting people, so that you can actually not have a lot of forced overtime, while also stopping the bleeding of tired employees.
Also, work on better wages. 14 bucks an hour may seem nice on the outset, but when fast food restaurants are challenging that, you may want to consider upping it a bit.
