A good idea at first but not in the end
|
I liked the job, loved my territory. It was too fast paced and stressful. Everyone is on edge and especially management due to cooperate breathing down our necks all the time. There are constant meetings and pushing and pushing to do better and better. Really nothing was good enough. It was soul sucking. Even if you stayed after to work longer is still wasn’t good enough. If you want a wholesome and fun enjoyable job this is not it.

This company is a good company. Thet care about their employees. Always gave us extra days off for holidays, also did special lunches for their employees.
Boss was easy going.
