What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing good about working there. The infrastructure is horrible and they give employees busy work that doesn't accomplish anything.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company doesn't use point of safe like 98% of the other companies on the planet. Which means that every time someone writes a check, you have to get it manually each time, that can sometimes take up to 30 minutes. Lennox doesn't have an auto allocation ordering system for parts. That means you have to find out where something is before you can place the order.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They claim respect, integrity and excellence, that motto is not truly directed to employees.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Inefficient. They could cut out 85% of how they do things and the company would a much more pleasant to work at day to day. They way they use SAP is completely unnecessary because Lennox Pros could do the same thing if they would take the time to integrate it.

Good place but no advancements

Once you get a job there and do a good job you can stay there for long time. Internal jobs not an option if you are not part of the "club". Other than that the will hire from without thr company rather than internal.

This is not a bad place to work, but politics seem to be a larger influence that productivity. They are a bit heavy on the woke culture, which usually just creates divisiveness. They are not do progressive on remote working. Most of management are from India, not US citizens.

UNPROFESSIONAL/ HIGH SCHOOL-LIKE ENVIROMENT

a typical day at work: Specifically, if you are a new hire you do not expect to have all of your login credentials ready on the day nor the 2nd week. Expect to be given poor training from individuals that have been there for years & condescending attitudes, that will pass you around to other employees to train you that does not to volunteer to train you .
*What you believe you learned: that the work is doable, its just the smug older employees that make the work environment tacky & unprofessional.
*Management: They currently are under new management but thats so called better than the old one but that is a total lie. Management is just as condescending as the older employees. & previous management. THEY WILL GASLIGHT YOU TO DEATH! Management doesn't even inform older employees on how to properly implement/ train a new process for Product Registration
*Workplace culture: ITS HIGH SCHOOL WITH SO CALLED "EXPERIECENED KNOWLEDGE IN WARRANTY" ADULTS THAT DO NOTHING BUT GOSSIP BECAUSE THEY REALLY HAVE NO LIFE SPEARATE FROM WARRANTY. PLEASE EXPECT THE PERMANANT/ OLDER EMPLOYEES TO ABOUT PAST & CURRENT EMPLOYEES TO YOUR FACE. LIKE SAID UNPROFESSIONAL & ONE BIG UNITED FRONT. THEY WILL ALSO TELL YOU HOW PAST EMPLOYEES HAVE QUIT W/O NOTICE & YOU WILL FIND OUT WHY THEY HAVE. THE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE STAYED FOR YEARS ARE THE PROBLEM & HAVE MANAGED TO MAKE IT PURPOSELY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR A NEW HIRE TO STAY LONG-TERM. IF YOU SEE YOURSELF AS WARRANTY REP FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE & NO OTHER ASPIRATIONS THAN THIS, THEN THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU & IF YOU LIKE A HIGH SHCOOL-LIKE WORK ENVIRONMENT THEN THIS ESPECIALLY THE PLACE FOR YOU
*The hardest part of the job: THE WORK CULTURE & how UNSANITARY the people are.... expect for people to be coughing all day & spreading germs.
*The most enjoyable part of the job: wfh on fridays & free parking ...yayyy
