My work experience here at Courier has been great, The atmosphere has always been happy and all my co-workers are great. Courier has a close family feeling, everyone knows everyone's name. Courier has given me so much growth and potential in the accounting field I feel blessed to have had the chance to learn. The Management staff have always pushed for employees to succeed and given them the opportunities to grow. Manager's would constantly belittle employees in front of everyone on a daily basis. It was worse than being in a preschool atmosphere. I worked for the Westford location for about two months and decided I would rather starve and be homeless than put up with being treated like trash , among other things. I supported the entire book publishing sales team in addition to my direct sales responsibilities. I enjoyed representing Courier and working with some wonderful customers. Seeing the outstanding quality of printed books and components that the divisions manufactured for my customers and seeing their appreciation for my efforts and the efforts of the entire team to meet and exceed their communicated needs and expectations was the most enjoyable. I was always lucky to have the kind of position where I worked independently. There were no typical days. No job/book was the same. Each project required attention to it's specific details. Every job I did for Courier included problem solving and interacting with people in other departments. I have learned a great deal about the printing industry from working here. Management tries to be fair with all of the employees. All of my co-workers are good people. The hardest part of the job is the twelve hours.
