Executive Protection - Low Grade Management

I have a responsibility to share my thoughts and concerns regarding LVS Executive Protection poor management practices.
Firstly, communication was severely lacking within the organization. Important information was often not effectively shared with the employees, leading to confusion and a lack of clarity about expectations. This resulted in unnecessary mistakes and delays in completing tasks.
Moreover, the management team demonstrated a lack of accountability. When issues arose, they were rarely addressed promptly or appropriately. Instead, there was a tendency to punish and deflect blame onto agents. This created a toxic work environment where employees felt unsupported and undervalued.
Furthermore, there was a clear lack of leadership from the management team. Decisions were made without considering the input or expertise of the employees who were directly affected by them. This led to a disconnect between management and staff, with little understanding of the challenges and realities faced at the operational level.
Additionally, there was a lack of recognition and appreciation for employee contributions. Hard work and achievements were frequently overlooked or taken for granted, which resulted in a demoralized and unmotivated workforce. It is disheartening to work in an environment where your dedication and effort go unrecognized.
Overall, the poor management practices and unethical acts, often reclassified as business decisions significantly impacted the work environment and the morale of the team. Communication issues, lack of accountability, absence of effective leadership, and failure to recognize employee contributions all contributed to a negative experience. It is my hope that the management team takes these concerns seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their management practices.

Horrible management team.
|
A typical day at Sands EP consisted of sitting in a cheap suit you had to pay for and dealing with management. Overtime, you realize the suit is in fact, worth more than the management team that is currently in place. At this job, I learned how to deal with inconsistency in terms of company policy and SOPs. None of the managers have actual experience in terms of combat or really anything. They have no leadership skills. The turnover rate was amazingly high due to the selfish nature of management. I've never seen anything like it. But as you get to know managers and their egos you soon realize that this is just a bus stop of a job. Just waiting for the next bus to come on through. The entire industry knows this team's reputation and they know about management here. But management thinks they are well respected within the industry. The whole thing is laughable. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people at the lower ranks. Guys would go out of their way to really train and make sure the new hires were taken care of. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. You will have no life. There is zero work/life balance at this job. The schedule comes out every Thursday and you have no idea where you will be within 24 hours. If you have kids or a life I'd stay away from this job. If you have experience and you like having inexperienced people with huge egos in charge of you, well then this is the job for you.

LVS Executive Protection Team. Keep an updated resume handy. Management tends to pick favorites. Clear separation between lower levels (grunts doing leg work) and management team. No camaraderie, low morale. Management team can get away with anything (untouchable by HR complaints, violations of company SOP, endangering coworkers/principals, hostile work environment, etc.) Questionable EPT agent turnover rates. Overall, good pay but expect a low level of job satisfaction.

Great training but low toke rate

Healthcare is good. Training is good. Food in edr is free. The only downside is the toke rate. Also the smoke in the building is too much. They make sure everything is running smoothly and run a tight ship
