Perform ad-hoc analysis and process, deep-dives as requested and provide recommendations that support strategic initiatives. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Validate integrity of information collection and throughout process. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Safety is an essential function of this job. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></b></p><ul><li><p>21 years of age and proof of authorization to work in the United States.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.</p></li><li><p>5-7 years’ experience in operational and/or IT auditing experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>5-7 years’ experience with a variety of technology platforms (i.e., iSeries, Windows, VPN, Firewall, Security Event Log Monitoring) is preferred.</p></li><li><p>5-7 years of experience in process/performance management is required.</p></li><li><p>Excellent project management, problem solving as well as the ability to collaborate and establish strong business partnerships.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of planning and reporting processes and an ability to innovate and provide thought leadership in the use of data and planning tools and processes.</p></li><li><p>Must possess strong analytical skills, be flexible, be a self-starter, solve problems, design solutions, multi-task and maintain deadlines for development initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, Gaming and PCI requirements is required.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of information security to include security risk assessment methodologies is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience in analysis and assessment of practices and standards for process improvements.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with cross functional teams to achieve cost effective IT control implementations.</p></li><li><p>CISA, CISSP, ITIL, and Six Sigma preferred.</p></li><li><p>Must possess a U.S. passport and be able to travel both domestically and overseas.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Physical Requirements</u></b></p><p>Must be able to:</p><ul><li><p>Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.</p></li><li><p>Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.</p></li><li><p>Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.</p></li><li><p>Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.</p></li><li><p>Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.</p></li></ul><p></p>
