Tuve los peores managers con cero preparación, liderazgo ni ganas de ayudar. El trabajo es pesado y con métricas imposibles de cumplir. Mi proceso de renuncia ha sido de los peores. Recursos humanos no ayuda en nada y son bastante desordenados. Formation ? 0 Culture saine ? 0 Culture du gossip très présente. Les managers se basent sur le qu'en-dit-on plutôt que l'analyse des compétences des gens qu'ils sont censés manager. Il y a une crainte constante de perdre son travail. Cela est très malsain mais c'est causé par le fait que les employés ne sachent pas réellement ce sur quoi les managers se basent pour évaluer l'efficacité de leur travail mais quand on ne reçoit pas de formation parce que le manager "n'a pas le temps"...on n'est pas sorti de l'auberge. La direction est sans cesse en train de changer de stratégie et d'avis. À certains postes, chaque personne fait comme il le souhaite et il n'y a aucune charte ou réelle méthodologie précise donc il est très difficile encore d'évaluer l'efficacité réelle du travail fourni par un collaborateur ou bien de s'en inspirer.
