Dying legacy media company. Poor to no work life balance. Constant. It’s cutting, layoffs, the usual. Use them for what you can get but don’t give them loyalty.

This company is going through a lot of changes and is getting too big for it's britches. People fear losing their job and look out for only themselves. There is little mentoring or helping another get ahead. Pay is not great and pay raises almost never occur in any meaningful way, or at all.
