You could be getting off at 6pm or 1:30 and you only work 3 days out of the week. Since I’ve started it’s typically 10 hours a day . Summer time is low orders we’ve been getting sent home early everyday . But , Overtime is always available but with that said , everyone is always doing overtime so that cuts your hours even more . All management gets salary so they don’t have to stress about their paycheck like everyone else . The job isn’t horrible , pretty much just pack and go . Also if you take a sick day , holiday , or vacation you only get paid for 8 hours (not your 12) . You don’t get paid every week , it’s biweekly . 30 mins breaks except last break (15), do have parties once a year with prices, food etc . If you get put out of work by a doctor when it’s time to be released the insurance person for Medifast will not allow you to come back and fired not tell medifast then the HR person calls you up and terminates you over the phone with no explanation. You will not be listened to even if you have the paperwork saying you could of came back with light duty.
