You give manulife all this permission to see everything about your Fitbit but they use steps and heartrate as the only things to get points. Early this morning I was literally shoveling horse poop, Fitbit saw it as a "sport" and 105 BPM Avg, which is a good zone. Manulife just saw 105 and gave me zero points. I did a 60 min workout around noon, 107 avg with a peak of 138, Manulife sees my heart rate and gives me zero points.
