Despite hardworking employees, advancement is elusive, with incompetent individuals climbing the ladder through familial or friendly ties. Moreover, the disparity in pay is glaring, as those who excel are paid below industry standards while inept higher-ups receive undeserved raises. This culture of favoritism and incompetence breeds discontent and undermines the company's integrity.
