No opportunity for advancement. Benefits were just okay, the company cares more about paying millions in bonuses (mostly to those already making tons of $$) than they do in investing for health benefits or 401k that all employees could benefit from. Company made millions off the backs of their employees. every year I was there they figured out a way to cut bonuses for construction department while giving sales and upper management all the dividends of the hard work the field guys . The company also has no diversity ? It is the whitest company in Columbus. Have no idea how they get away with it? Promised bonuses were lacking. Make sure you take all your time off because they will cheat you out of it if you don't take it.
