Nobody knows what is going on half the time. It will take at least an hour sometimes to figure out what job needs to be done. Wrong jobs are given to employees. And job list for the day are changed And added to multiple times during the work Day. The people who are next in line and the obvious choice for promotions are looked past for people who don’t know what they are doing and are family friends or know someone who works there. It is a big company, but still has that family unity feel. Rather than address the problem they deflect & turn the situation around on the employee asking for help or resolution. Management on the floor are hardly if at all qualified for their titles & pay grade's with the exception of a select & very few. Good work ethic is fully unrecognized or appreciated. If they didn't like you, or if you wasn't in a click there than good luck! The management sucked horribly, the bosses was just as bad, the only thing good about working there was the insurance & benefits. If you wasn't in with a click of people then good luck you would never get anywhere there. If I could give this company no stars I definitely would, but I had to give them one and didn't want to.
