When hired on the tell you 4 days one week 3 days the next week 12 hours a day. Once you start orientation they tell you 4 days a week every week which is 48 hours. Once you start in production you are working 5 days a week 60 hours. You are literally drained once home. The pay is mediocre. The communication is terrible. I don't think anyone knows what's going on outside of the packaging area and even those people are a bit lost. They also hire Temps on and give them hope of permanence and once they are done with them they let them go without warning. I would stay far away from this place. Hard workers beware. If you dont play into all their hands and let them all know just how smart and great they are and let them know and praise them, your mud. Their inhouse pets always putting down the hard workers that show the lazy ones up, not because they are trying to, but because they really do work and earn what they feel is right. Employees will verbally abuse you, unless you fit in with the vapid blood sucking mean girls in junior high. Supervisory through director level management will leave you feeling like you have no value and take pride in the fact that they believe you are dumb and too blind to see through their thinly veiled attempts of promising change when really they just want to bury their heads in whoever's rear they're trying to please. And if that doesn't sell it...this will....never getting a promotion without putting together a graduate level project detailing why and hitting your knees to seal the deal. Walking out the door after quitting. No lube. This is the sorriest bunch of cry babies I have ever seen. The management lets people walk all over them and say nothing about it. Management does not have the balls to tell a few employees to shut up.
