For me I have enjoyed every minute at NSW. The Employees work together and make it enjoyable to come to work every day. Our CEO is one of the nicest people you will meet. I was given the opportunity to Change and restructure Global Talent and the results were exceptional, TTF went from 90 days to 35, and CPH was reduced in half.

Great until the IPO
|
Leadership was focused until Marin went Public. The new CEO was not engaged with the employees - basically hung out with his frat bros. The new VP of engineering offered no insight and often stated, "I've seen that before" - a meaningless statement.
The company has reverted back to 2 of the original founders - just hope they can regain their old momentum.

The Company Isn't doing well

The performance of the company is reflected in the stock. The goal is to return to growth, but this hasn't happened for a while. The pay is decent, and the stock snacks are inconsistent, but good when they are here.
Job stability is alarming, there have been multiple rounds of layoffs in the few years I have been here.
