Benefits for industry discounts, treated fairly when I needed to take a medical leave. My direct report was considerate my work life balance.

Compensation did not match job resonsibilty. I also took on other associates responsibility who were technically above me and paid more because I took initiative and they for complacent with no sense of urgency to get the job done.

Be more considerate of the retail sector. Not my direct manager, but upper leaders did not spend time to get to know your day in and out efforts and appreciation was lacking.
