The Sr. Accounts Payable (AP) Business Analyst will focus primarily on supporting the Accounts Payable teams’ invoice processing system (from a technical perspective), as well as completing forecasting deliverables, metric reporting, and process improvement projects. Specifically, this will involve successfully working with various team members daily to ensure supreme support of the invoice processing system, timely creation, and publishing of established reports, as well as ensuring forecasts are completed with the utmost precision. The Sr. AP Business Analyst will also be responsible for partnering with team members to identify, support and execute on opportunities to create more effective and efficient processes; meet with users to analyze, design, develop, test and implement programs to meet special and on-going needs for the Accounts Payable team. In this role we are looking for an individual with a curious and practical mindset, as well as a desire for business problem solving. This individual should have a passion for data and implementing process improvements to support all team members in the group. In this fast-paced role, you will enjoy a tremendous learning opportunity of all areas within Accounts Payable. The Sr. AP Business Analyst will report to the Manager of Shared Services Processes. Job Responsibilities: • Drive day-to-day execution of transformation initiatives, from the ideation through implementation, and lessons learned • Manage coordination between other functions to troubleshoot issues, leverage best practices, knowledge sharing and implement problem solving solutions • Report on key operating and financial metrics, as well as preparing management presentations • Work with key constituents to help identify/explain issues found within reporting or forecasting • Work with various team members to identify and implement process improvements • Builds team orientation and promotes core values and organizational learning • Ensure thorough documentation of key tasks and processes • Maintains a working knowledge of Meritor Accounts Payable operations, procedures, and policies • Manage third party scan vendor on behalf of the AP & AR groups • Other ad-hoc responsibilities may include: o Audit payment runs accurately and timely o Support the Shared Services team with purchasing requisitions and receipts of services and/or goods within Oracle o Archive invoice inboxes to ensure they do not reach capacity o Support the Accounts Payable Help Desk by responding to and closing inquiries
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar area; Master’s Degree is preferred • Five (5) plus years previous experience in a high-volume IS, Finance or Shared Services environment is required • Ambitious, motivated, and well-organized self-starter focused on details, accuracy, and continuous improvement • Technology savvy with advanced level Excel and Microsoft Word skills; experience in SQL required • Analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills required • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills • Experience within ERP system(s); Oracle specific experience is a plus • Must have ability to work effectively in a large, multi-level, geographically dispersed organization • Must be able to manage multiple work assignments under stress Bonus Potential This position is eligible for Cummins-Meritor’s Incentive Compensation Plan, which offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance. Overview Under the guidance of the NA Collections Manager, this position will carry out the major assignment of collecting cash from NA customers for the operation of the business. This position is responsible for the overall DSO (days sales outstanding) and past due performance for customer accounts. This position will focus on managing past due balances and DSO, through minimizing outstanding receivable past due balances and ensuring the timely resolution of customer discrepancies. This position will require interaction with teams across portions of North America. Job Responsibilities • Portfolio consists of customer(s) with sales cumulatively or individually less than $200M per year • Full ownership of customer portfolio and related problems resolution • Resolves disputes by working with the customer to identify the issue for unpaid/partial paid invoices. • Determine dispute issue and direct to appropriate department and follow through until resolved by enforcing dispute resolution procedures • Partner with customer’s AP/ buyer, external shipping companies, and internal departments (customer service, pricing, EDI support, IT, sales, quality, legal, warranty, shipping/receiving, accounting/finance, credit) for resolution • Review accounts organizing workload according to degree and amount of delinquency • Monitor, track and resolve all unpaid AR helping to minimize bad debt and past due balances • Achieve Past Due % targets and objectives, as well as DSO business targets • Conduct regular account reviews with customers, and stakeholders • Distribution of A/R reports • Ability to analyze and communicate payment strategies and techniques for management • Prepare management reports on delinquency statistics and collections activities • Performs work that affects business operations • Responsible for identifying high risk for cash collections • Recommends a plan of action for identified high risk situations, i.e., ship hold, credit hold, change of terms to cash in advance, changing credit limits, payments plans • Escalate potential risk issues and legal actions against authorized delinquent customers • Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures ensuring SOX conformance • Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiencies • Directly interface with customer and business unit representatives to implement corrective policies and procedures with the support of management • Ensure customer files, as well as Oracle ACM is maintained with current and accurate information • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

Perform duties required for handling, transporting, kitting, subassembly and line stock of materials and supplies.
Create space for inventory, make sure that material is wrapped and identified properly.
Conduct inventory control processes as documented to maintain the accuracy of inventory .
Assist with general warehouse housekeeping to maintain inventory control and a safe work environment.
Enter inventory data and transactions by keyboard and scanners, as required.
Manage own time for task completion. Be in work area on time, exemplify good work habits and commitment to all jobs well done.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in either a group setting or individually.
Ability and willingness to operate necessary equipment.
Follow health and safety policies and procedures and perform other duties as required.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONSQualifications:
One (1) or more years material handling experience (preferred).
One (1) or more years in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Lifting and carrying parts up to forty (40) pounds up to ten (10) hours per day.
Grasping and moving parts of various size up to ten (10) hours per day.

Repeated bending, twisting, stooping one (1) to four (4) hours per day.

Job Details
This position supports operations by safely and efficiently transporting parts and finished goods as required. This position completes tasks in various warehouse locations assigned by the Production Coordinator. Uses various forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, distribute and store materials throughout the facility. Completes tasks in various warehouse locations, using defined methods by Production Coordinator and standard practice. Requires the ability to read Bills of Materials and Pick Sheets Requires the ability to accurately follow work instructions, as needed Training will be provided for the operation of the power industrial trucks necessary to complete job tasks. Support and adhere to all EHS policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma is required Qualified candidates must have strong attention to detail Qualified candidates must be able to read pick sheets.
Qualified candidates must be able to pass all Powered-Industrial Truck Certifications needed to successfully perform all job tasks. Qualified candidates must be able to pass all EHS Safety requirements and recertifications at required intervals Experience in material handling preferred Experience in heavy manufacturing or heavy assembly is a definite plus Candidates must also have strong attention to detail and be flexible with assignment of job tasks. Overview The primary responsibility of this position is to design, develop, test and production release Axle, Transfer Case and Suspension systems and components for NA and global Off-Highway, Specialty & Defense markets, with focus on product/cost optimization (VA/VE). This person will interface with customers, suppliers, test labs, purchasing, business units, production manufacturing facilities, and several internal engineering groups (truck axles, brakes, vehicle dynamics, analytical mechanics, experimental mechanics, materials, etc.). Job Responsibilities: • Perform engineering analysis necessary for the production design, application and testing of axle/suspension, components, and systems. This will include the use of CAE tools such as CREO, MECHANICA, ANSYS, etc. • Manage all aspects of engineering products according to customer requirements with focus on coordinating project timing, costs, test plans and prototype builds. • Create preliminary concepts of component/systems and work with designers to release detailed drawing packages. • Establish good working relationships with team members, outside suppliers, customers and various internal groups. • Identify, verify and implement solutions to warranty or quality problems that affect product performance. • Visit plant & support for proto builds
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (MS preferred) • 2-3 years full time, direct, practical experience to include: o Experience in Off-Highway & Specialty vehicle products and systems o Experience with Planetary axle housing & wheel-end o Design of structural components (forgings, castings, weldments) o Creation and maintenance of DFMEA and DVP&R tools. • Excellent communication skills using multiple formats • Experienced using 3D part & assembly modeling software (CREO) • Excellent understanding of static analysis, fatigue analysis and familiar with fundamentals of dynamic and kinematic studies • Well versed with all MS Windows software • Knowledge of product development stage gate product development processes (e.g. GP3 or Advanced Product Quality • Planning (APQP) including involvement in the launch of a new product. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge and understanding of vehicle dynamics • Experience with geared systems • Experience with cost reduction activities and processes (VA/VE) • Knowledge of fabrication, casting and forging manufacturing processes • DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing / Design for Assembly) • DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) Bonus Potential This position is eligible for Meritor’s Incentive Compensation Plan, which offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance. Overview Under the guidance of the NA Collections Manager, this position will carry out the major assignment of collecting cash from NA customers for the operation of the business. This position is responsible for the overall DSO (days sales outstanding) and past due performance for customer accounts. This position will focus on managing past due balances and DSO, through minimizing outstanding receivable past due balances and ensuring the timely resolution of customer discrepancies. This position will require interaction with teams across portions of North America. Job Responsibilities • Portfolio consists of customer(s) with sales cumulatively or individually less than $200M per year • Full ownership of customer portfolio and related problems resolution • Resolves disputes by working with the customer to identify the issue for unpaid/partial paid invoices. • Determine dispute issue and direct to appropriate department and follow through until resolved by enforcing dispute resolution procedures • Partner with customer’s AP/ buyer, external shipping companies, and internal departments (customer service, pricing, EDI support, IT, sales, quality, legal, warranty, shipping/receiving, accounting/finance, credit) for resolution • Review accounts organizing workload according to degree and amount of delinquency • Monitor, track and resolve all unpaid AR helping to minimize bad debt and past due balances • Achieve Past Due % targets and objectives, as well as DSO business targets • Conduct regular account reviews with customers, and stakeholders • Distribution of A/R reports • Ability to analyze and communicate payment strategies and techniques for management • Prepare management reports on delinquency statistics and collections activities • Performs work that affects business operations • Responsible for identifying high risk for cash collections • Recommends a plan of action for identified high risk situations, i.e., ship hold, credit hold, change of terms to cash in advance, changing credit limits, payments plans • Escalate potential risk issues and legal actions against authorized delinquent customers • Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures ensuring SOX conformance • Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiencies • Directly interface with customer and business unit representatives to implement corrective policies and procedures with the support of management • Ensure customer files, as well as Oracle ACM is maintained with current and accurate information • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
