There is no way that a company can be successful when very few people look at the company as a long-term career. The door is constantly revolving from high turnover. Nothing substantial is achieved because there is no motivation, as people are constantly looking for their next role. Product lines are neglected and not invested in. Competitors find weaknesses in the company and exploit them. Without a true commitment to invest in the company and its employees for the long term, expect sales to continue to decline in the coming years. Serious change and investment is required to jump-start the business and provide for a healthy company for years to come. Don't be surprised and then ask questions on why numbers are not being met. It will be too late at that point.
