Product was extremely difficult to support.
Understaffed to support the product that is hard to support.
Constantly dealing with adversarial customers (who were justified to act that way) due to the above.
Culture isn't good or bad - There's just no culture at all in the Atlanta building - I rarely talked to anyone not on my team even in common areas - My team was basically isolated - I think it's because the execs sit in a different building and don't interact with anyone themselves - Culture starts at the top and one "get to know ya" event every now and then is no substitute.
All communication is from the top down and it's a one way street.
