They do not appreciate their employees. I answered phones for over 100 newspapers, taking all complaints and sending them to managers of the affected departments. I learned that people who have been reading the newspaper for most of their life, would like to keep reading it. They get upset with missed deliveries! The management folks are under a lot of pressure and the workplace culture is very strained.
