A lot to learn but things changed fast

The direction of the company kept changing. It struggled to improve earning. People there were nice and collaborative. Fast pace, pay was good. Layoff happened almost every year.

Hired 2 teams trained them then after less than a year let everyone go. Only to turnaround and post new jobs for a very similar position. The people they let go could do the inside sales job. They were already trained. What a waste of money and time. Just dumb. This company has gone down hill. They should be embarrassed.

New Relic has been a great workplace for me for over 4 years. Unfortunately the company went through too many management changes and restructuring which led to redundancies and a lot of turnover in employees which resulted in lots of very experienced individuals leaving or being made redundant

Getting laid off because the new CRO didn't understand the value of our team
