I don't recall anything major that I'd consider listing as a con for working there. None that come to mind Zero leadership; horrible pay discrimination; Executives allowed to make poor decisions day after day with no accountability; CFO is unqualified and only concerned about his personal wealth; Water over-compensates family and friends and uses the company jet like a personal uber while the rest of the employees are told no spending or raises; CEO has no control; Good ol boys club will run you off if you disagree. Great benefits package, nice office, free snacks and drinks, flexible environment depending on your manager. Over all NGL was an OK firm to work for, kind of your typical corporate gig. Sr management is very old school and has a hard time relating to younger staff. There is a ton of office politics in play at all time. The stock price nose dived because they have some debt issues they have to address and the dividends got slashed dramatically. However the firm's cashflows is solid. During covid the office was never actually closed and after one year they issued a full staff back to office policy.
