Poor poor management, no support, low moral, no incentives to work there, they cut hours, are under staffed, parts is non existent, ceo and board members brag about the 1.2 million dollar bonuses they get for everyone else’s hard work while they cut everyone’s hours and lastly their equipment is junk 80,000+ hours on equipment

The hands there are friendly. The pay is OK at best.

Ridiculous production expectations coupled with an upper management that refuses to pay employees their value. Raises, when and if they occur after a year of employment there, are implemented after extended periods of time(months). Upper management that feels the need to negatively critique constantly...no attaboys here! Benefits are a joke for a multimillion dollar company.

Treat your people better. Seek to improve the morale of the people who are making the product that is making you money. Improve ventilation for the welders. Implement raises more expeditiously. Reward accomplishment. Don't admonish shortcomings immediately but instead try to understand why they occur. Let your people do their job. Stay out of the shop your presence is unnecessary.
