The following job description provides summary expectations for the role of Regional General Manager.<br><br><br>** ALLO is looking to fill this role in late Summer / early Fall **<p></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><p>Oversee daily business operations for the region.</p></li><li><p>Profit and loss direction by city and region.</p></li><li><p>Hire/support hiring of regional leaders.</p></li><li><p>Represent ALLO in the region - Chamber of commerce, community events, governmental, etc.</p></li><li><p>Institute ALLO’s Core Values wherever ALLO operates: Local, Honest, Hassle-Free, and Exceptional.</p></li><li><p>Assist in development of region-specific market analysis and plan execution.</p></li><li><p>Identify and implement growth strategies with specific emphasis on commercial customers.</p></li><li><p>Identify and assist in implementation of improved processes in support of customer and employee satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Co-develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate regional performance and develop opportunities to achieve business goals.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate and communicate personnel performance.</p></li><li><p>Present regional business performance to management as appropriate.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>ROLE REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li><p>Degree in business, technology, or other discipline with work experience commensurate to the above responsibilities.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of various business functions to include Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Accounting/Finance.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated senior leadership experience.</p></li><li><p>Inquisitive thinker and creative problem-solver.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills including comfort delivering internal and external presentations.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional work ethic.</p></li><li><p>Well-organized, proactive, and strong attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Computer literate with strength in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>People are our passion.
