Lots of things to learn. They know it and are patient and hopeful that you are going to find your ways around. No micromanagement and very employee and results oriented.

Maybe if there was an option to be fully remote for those that could and preferred it that way. Otherwise, nothing really stands out as a con that should be stated and expanded on even though is not a perfect company. But no company nor job is anyways.
