Decent place to work. Doesnât pay as well as it should but thereâs plenty of overtime to compensate for the lack of pay. The machine work is simple. They are putting a lot of money into new machines.

This company was tolerable money and bonuses. But the OT stopped, healthcare got 2x as expensive for half the coverage, and the cut all bonuses to lower level employees while management kept theirs

Everything was great. Not a hard job at all just come to work. Management was great no complaints. 12 hours was not hard at all. 6/7 days a week. Good benefits

worked there for two months and got laid off

Got a job as a machine operator move to North Dakota for it and they laid me off in two months was hoping to have a different position in the company and they said that they just didnât have anything for me available so I moved to a different state and work there and they laid me off in two months the place is a joke. Definitely do not work in their machine shop that place is a sinking ship.

Worst job I have ever had..Un professional at its best at the Little Rock AR location...NOV treats there employees like prisoners. You can't go to your car even on your breaks and 18 min lunches..the managers work together to not get upstaged and maintain their "power"..
