Horrible Company to Work For - No Loyalty to Employees
|
This is a terrible place to work. Management talks about culture and authentic communication, but it's not practiced. Employees are dispensable-they don't care if you stay or go. Management not to be trusted - they backstab each other (and you) every chance they get. The Union is a huge joke-they protect lazy employees and intimidate good workers. Union makes sure employees resist ANY progress or change. If you want to work for an organized and progressive workplace, stay clear of the Beloit, WI facility.

Union shop complacent pace

Always waiting for material. Departments are slow and unorganized. Management is a joke to put it lightly. Quick to point fingers. Clicky union mentality. The union protects the lazy and inefficient employees and scrutinizes the productive ones. Very cut throat workplace. No accountability for the chosen ones. Very negative atmosphere ! Would not recommend.

Job was terrible. Time clock in and go to your station and work until your ten minute break which it take five minutes to wash up and get to the break room. Twenty minute lunch break. Overtime is based on favoritism. Union shop but nobody abide by the rules. Job feels like your in prison and they relate to different areas as cells. They hire temps

Keep looking elsewhere.

Keep looking cause we have no work and all they will give you is broken promises. They will force you to go down and work in USA without the proper documentation. 2 weeks training and your an expert on their engine. Plus the engines lines are dying in Canada. Management will only blow smokers up your butt just to get you to do what he wants. Upper management and HR don’t care or help you. Stay away cause most of the guys here are looking for jobs elsewhere.
