Job Summary:
This position is part of NRG’s Retail Services Group and is responsible for ensuring quality collections services are delivered by Dunning Operations Representatives. The primary role of this position is under general direction to handle complex collections and dunning analysis, special projects, and find ways to maximize company revenue and minimize bad debt.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Review accounts and identify the reason why they have aged.
Recommend solutions to prevent excessively aged accounts
Recommend and manage collections policies and procedures for residential and commercial accounts.
Collect data from internal and external sources to facilitate meaningful analysis
Provide support for daily activities and reporting of disconnect and dunning activity
Coordinate activities necessary to resolve escalated disconnects
Provide innovative solutions and make recommendations to all levels of management
Have a general knowledge and understanding of the SAP dunning process to enable user acceptance testing of dunning changes.
Be able to trace accounts through the dunning process and troubleshoot issues.
Perform user acceptance testing under the direction of the Operations Manager.
Working Conditions:
Remote fast paced office environment with high volume workload
Some overtime required as special projects arise.
Travel (minimal)
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or Computer Science required from accredited four-year university; 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst can substitute for a degree.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in back office operations and demonstrated abilities in problem solving and team projects. Knowledge of the utility and/or deregulated energy industry is a plus. SAP/CCS/ERM processing knowledge is desired.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
1-year previous experience as a Business Analyst strongly preferred.
Knowledge of the utility industry.
Knowledge of the energy market
Working knowledge of SAP CCS/FICA system.
Advanced Excel Skills

Job Summary:
The Sr Operations Analyst will assist on the gathering, reporting, analysis, and explanation of all performance and customer payment data. This individual will complete analysis and recommendations on business initiatives, process, policy and technology as related to the achievement of service levels to meet or exceed financial and customer satisfaction objectives.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Expertise on the data analysis for DE to proactively identify business gaps and/or opportunities, facilitate change and resolve issues.
Gathers data/information from multiple sources, completes analysis, and recommends new initiatives or amendments to current operating methods with a focus on 'best in class' operational processes
Ability to review ECC and FICA data daily within SAP and identify billing and remittance anomalies and recommend and track remediation
Ability to review ECC and FICA data within SAP and make assessments and recommendations for long term billing and customer care improvement initiatives
Ability to identify control gaps and be able to recommend and implement processes to fill the gap
Define/write business requirements for changes
Ability to take ownership of requirements and ensure delivery from a 3rd party vendor
Ability to assess Functional Specification Documents for completeness and how it impacts end customer/business user
Ability to analyze User Acceptance Testing results to determine production readiness from a business perspective
Develop business case and L&G (Loss and Gain) analysis for all recommendations and initiatives
Interact with cross-functional groups including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Regulatory, to ensure smooth and timely execution of business projects.
Working Conditions:

Minimal Travel
Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business (B Comm, BA etc.), IT or Statistics OR related technical and industry experience

Job Summary:
This position is part of NRG’s Billing Operations Group and is responsible for Canada Home processes of the Early Out Program, collection agencies, write off activity, bankruptcies, and Indigenous Nations. Additional responsibilities include, reporting statistical and quantitative measures, account reconciliation, and various other projects covering all aspects of the Early Out Program, collection agencies, write off activity, bankruptcies, and Indigenous Nations
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for tracking performance of the collection agencies and Early Out Program.
Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly critical activities take place to ensure accurate placement and update of uncollected accounts at the agencies.
Ensure write off activities take place in accordance with NRG risk and accounting policy
Ensure all Sarbanes Oxley requirements for the write off policy are met monthly
Participate in cross functional teams (Customer Operations, Marketing, IT, Legal, and Regulatory) resulting in resolving complex account issues involving high profile and large customers and integrating systems.
Help prepare financial, operational, and business-related analyses and research in such areas as past due accounts and bad debt impact.
Conduct production line monitoring activities and direct efforts of staff to ensure timely processing of early out, collection agency and write off activities.
Develop relationships with, and present a positive professional image and demeanor in dealing with all process stakeholders.
Analyze system and team process to assure best industry practices are utilized to minimize bad debt.
Establish and maintain relationships with IT, Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory to resolve complex customer disputes, improve system and business processes, and facilitate “win/win” results.
Assist with the analysis, justification and economic evaluation of process and system changes.
Perform user acceptance testing for all system changes related to supervised processes.

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Digital Management is accountable for managing a design, development, and content team focused on delivering world-class user experiences for the Direct Energy Canada brand (www.directenergy.ca & www.directenergyregulatedservices.com), including customer self-service and account maintenance offerings. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, Creative and Digital, this role requires a strong business acumen, quantitative skills and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and vendors. Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
Lead a team of world-class UX designers, front end-developers, content managers and analysts who are driven to deliver customer-centric experiences.
Work with the NRG Home Canada Leadership Team to ensure efforts target the achievement of key performance indicators such as web enrollments, conversion rates, net promoter scores, etc.
Collaborate closely with the Product Management Team, Digital Operations and Digital IT teams to manage digital assets, drive growth and optimize customer experiences.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Go-to Market, Product Management and Sales teams to support new product launches and enhancements as well as conversion optimization efforts.
Work effectively with local and remote stakeholders in Canada and internationally, as applicable.

Develop business cases to support digital asset initiatives. Review and contribute to business cases created by product managers for innovations to digital experiences.

Summary:
Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain all instrumentation associated with the boiler, turbine, generator, and all auxiliary equipment for the plant. This position is at our Ivanpah Generating Station facility in Nipton, CA (a 30-minute drive from Las Vegas Boulevard).
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
· Recognizes safety hazards and follows safety guidelines for personal protection, protection of fellow workers and the protection of the public.
· Knowledgeable of environmental rules and regulations, and effectively apply them to all work situations.
· Install, calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain protective relays, computers, metering, monitoring, and control systems on boilers, turbines, generators, and plant auxiliary equipment. In shop location includes performing benchwork and component troubleshooting.
· Reads, and interprets electric generating plants P&ID’s and CWD’s to locate, identify, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems, interlocks, etc.
· Uses test equipment (oscilloscopes, multi-meters electronic bridges, loop calibrators) and hand tools (i.e. drills, screwdrivers) as necessary to troubleshoot and maintain devices and systems for the power plant.
· Works with apprentice I/C technicians to teach proper, safe use of tools and maintenance procedures.
· Completes all written and electronic records (i.e. notifications, work orders, calibration sheets, time cards, material requests) required to document the work in progress and as it is completed.
· Continually updates knowledge of plant systems and instrumentation.
· Makes decisions about how best to repair equipment and what resources (tools, time equipment) will be needed.
· Employee must arrange own transportation to work location and may be reassigned to another location at the Company’s discretion.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics and grammar.
· Formal training in electronics and pneumatics, instrumentation, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
· Three (3) years military or industrial experience in electronics repair and calibration.
· Completion of a company's Apprentice Training Program including classroom and on-the-job training.
· Successful candidates must receive a rating of Recommended on the NRG Pre-employment Assessment test.

What you’ll do as an Installer
Work under supervision to install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other products, following all safety rules and manufacturer specifications
Test systems to ensure proper functioning or perform start-ups as needed
Identify and report to manager any issues that arise during installation

Complete paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner
Fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
