Decent pay and benefits but the gap is closing between the railroad and other jobs pay and benefits.

Looking to fire you from day one. Continue to try and streamline and push for more even if it means to be unsafe. Forced overtime due to the lack of staff and poor management. Work weekends, nights and holidays.

Work crazy hours both times and length. Railroad jobs are $100k+ and nobody wants them for a reason. CSX pays much more for a similar if not better experience. Ns raises are only 6k per promotion, will fall behind market value very quickly
