I took this job and turned down a great offer elsewhere, because I was convinced I was the "future of Natuzzi" and was promised things that were not delivered. Upon accepting the offer, you quickly realize it was the WRONG decision. You will sit in the back freezing corner of the the store and read about the company for weeks. You will teach yourself, as the manager and other sales associate who has been there for years (and will get away with anything she wants) are too busy to help you. The other sales woman gets away with mrdr bc she brings in money, and the manager has no pride in her store/lazy and relies on this woman to carry the store. They will hardly say "hello" in the morning. The woman that's been there for years will not help you with anything- even using the espresso machine. She is threatened by everyone, bully and condescend you. Don't bother asking the manager anything because she doesn't know the answer. She will clock out at 5 on the dot and does bare minimum. They will fish for reasons to fire you that hold no ground, and you will kick yourself for even staying when the culture and environment is MISERABLE and depressing. You listen to the same 5 song elevator songs on repeat and stare at a black ceiling. 2 customers come in all day.
