The experience at Novo Novartis West Lebanon NH has been challenging. The company faces significant issues with its operations, particularly in adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining management oversight, and dealing with operator attitudes.
The SOPs on the manufacturing floor are filled with errors and lack essential information, some of which have remained unaddressed for years. This has led to a culture where operators often disregard SOPs and act based on their own judgment due to the absence of effective management oversight. Despite numerous problems, there is a lack of proactive problem-solving and innovation within the company.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is evident, as there is a sense of overconfidence among operators and upper management, coupled with a reluctance to acknowledge deficiencies and embrace change. This is compounded by a protective "bubble" mentality that hinders external feedback and improvement efforts.
There is a clear need for cleaning up upper management and the MS&T personnel, as well as improving training and adherence to regulatory standards, especially in critical areas like viral filtration and aseptic techniques.
Overall, there is a pressing need for a shift in organizational culture towards accountability, transparency, and a willingness to learn and improve.

Great benefits and pay. Work pace is SLOW and not demanding. But recognition is the same. Leadership is very interested in getting good marks on scores but not so much interested in doing the things it takes to be "the greatest place to work"

Mon expérience chez Novo Nordisk dans le domaine des essais cliniques a été décevante. L'entreprise ne respecte pas les normes éthiques et les principes ALOCAC et ICH. La supervision manque, avec des ARC lead s'attribuant des responsabilités qui ne relèvent pas de leurs fonctions. J'ai constaté des déviations majeures dans le traitement des données des patients. Je ne recommande pas de travailler dans cette partie de Novo Nordisk
