Very friendly and open enviorment. Everyone is willing to help you learn anything and the leads are more than happy to assist people in learning more within the job and get better pay.
|
Leadership within the company is very biased. For a chunk of time prior to and after Covid the higher ups were establishing mandatory OT for a majority of the departments while not doing anything to assist the employees. Quotas are a large contributor to stress within the workplace. The expectations were unobtainable for a long time.

FInd a way to keep employees rather than worrying about the numbers all of the time. Yes, numbers are what determine whether the buisness remains running, but sometimes the employees that are making the products need their voices heard rather than stepped on and pushed to the side.

When I worked there it felt like a family. I enjoyed going into the office and so did everyone else.
|
With recent changes in how the Houston office is managed the culture has dramatically shifted. People are leaving at some of the highest rates, new hires don't stay and people don't even show up for the company Christmas party anymore. Multiple high level managers and directors have left the company, all citing the same reason.
