The company has no principles or values whatsoever. They pay really well but there is no sense of employee satisfaction or security. Their policies are violated by the creators of them. They only say they value their employees but is never the real case. Take a look at the terminations done by the company and you will notice that at least 50% of them were wrongful terminations. Their WPT test and predictive index evaluation is focused on hiring either extremely meek people or extremely cunning and ruthless sharks. They do not believe in a collaborating work environment. It is always an "I scratch yours and you scratch mine" scene with these people. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? You are forced to do unlawful things. If you dont, you are singled out and targetted. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Extremely toxic. Not one for anyone with a decent moral compass. Even the exceptional good ones, have skeletons burried in their backyard. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Hectic, Firefighting, getting screamed at by the boss for someone else's error. At times you have no clue what has gone wrong.
