I personally like being dirty so it was a good fit for me. Management think they know what’s best and that’s the way it should be done. When trying to talk to them about the problem at hand you are having it seems like it doesn’t matter to them and they aren’t listening to you and take up for themselves/leads that they appointed the position because they know one another. If your not from Tippah county your a outcast. Paid ever two weeks and some week only 36 hours a week then next week check 48 so check varies never any consistency. From day one Management talked down to you or raised voice to show they thought they were better and higher up than you.
