Lies, poor pay, zero respect for the people doing the job. Good people are hidden. Company is more worried about image and profit then safe equipment and happy employees. Turnover is extreme. HR is like the hit squad looking for any way to punish. Benefits cost increase faster than the pay. So you bring home less and less per hour every year
