They expect you to work crazy hours, work load is ridiculous and you don’t even get appreciated for it, loads of people go on mental health leave, Management is terribly poor and do not care about you one single bit, they will lie and talk down to you. Want a pay rise ? Think again we wait 2 years + and still nothing (even if they tell you they will)

A company which takes DE&I very seriously, top class clients across a range of industries, ability to be client facing early on, talented people (depending on which team you land in), good offices, flexi working, timesheet incentives (if you fill in on time, you can get an extra 2 days holiday per year), inclusive (lots of parents working there, they're open to flexi working), there is no expectation to work outside of hours if you're not prepared to

Paid terribly (26-29k for AE, most likely towards the 26 end), not transparent about salary bands during recruitment, bad culture (highest turnover I've seen - approx 13 people in a team of approx 30 in around 6 months), people are completely overworked, HR is unresponsive and disengaged, little social scene going, work load just increases and increases until people are miserable and want to leave, people do not go in for the minimum requirement of 3 days a week leading to disengaged communities
